To Change Your Screen Resolution

Print this screen out if you needed help in changing your settings.
By changing your screen settings you have a bigger desktop to view you information on.

 Here are two ways to change your Screen Resolution

 To change your Screen Resolution

  1. Open Display in Control Panel.
  2. On the Settings tab, under Screen Resolution, drag the slider to 1020x768 one over from 800x600,, and then click Apply.
  3. When prompted to apply the settings, click OK. Your screen will turn black for a moment.
  4. Once your Screen Resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change. Click Yes to confirm the change; click No or do nothing to revert to your previous setting.

To change your Screen Resolution

  1. Put your mouse on the desk top, in the middle of your screen and then right click.
  2. A drop down menu will appear go to the bottom of that menu where it will say Properties and then click on that.
  3. On the Settings tab, under Display Properties, drag the slider to 1020x768 one over from 800x600, and then click Apply.
  4. When prompted to apply the settings, click OK. Your screen will turn black for a moment.
  5. Once your Screen Resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change. Click Yes to confirm the change; click No or do nothing to revert to your previous setting.

By changing you Screen Resolution this will give you better viewing of this and other great web sites. This will also allow you also to get more of a desk top to work with in windows.
